Description :
Resolve problems related to computer hardware, operating system, software, network, or printers.
• Perform necessary computer hardware repairs and maintenance task
• Ensure proper user data back procedures are followed.
• Perform operating system installation and configuration.
Qualifications :
• Extensive Knowledge and hands on experience in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy configuration, Active Directory ,Microsoft ISA Server 2006
• Must have one of Microsoft certificates at least MCP "Microsoft Certified Professional, MCDST, or MCSA is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of PC hardware, excellent knowledge of Windows Vista, XP, and 2000 installation configuration and troubleshooting.
• Very good knowledge in network (wired, wireless) structure, troubleshooting, network cabling and communication protocols, Internet technology & connectivity.
