- For L.L. use train type D.
* Take the impact coefficient
according to the Egyptian code of practice.
Required:1- Draw I.L. Ds for S.F. and B.M. at the
selected sections.
2- Draw abs. S.F.D
and B.M.D .
3- Design the stringer and X.G. and the
connection between them.
4- Design the
critical sections of the main girder (M.G.).
5- Check the stability of web plate for
M.G.
6-Design the intermediate stiffener and bearing
stiffener.
7-Design the hinged and roller supports .
8-Desigen the
connection between the main girder and the cross girder.
9-Draw to a
suitable scale the general layout and the necessary
details for all designed ports.
